We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to assist with our existing client base and help maintain our growing customer base. Our customers have 10's of billions of files and no solution for organizing, managing and moving them. Starfish is that solution. We work with clients in a variety of industries and verticals, with a large percentage of High Performance Computing and Science-related organizations.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Support Specialist at Starfish, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team. You will support our sales team by assisting with various tasks and responsibilities that contribute toward our prompt and attentive client service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Own the quoting process
  Track renewal dates for existing clients and ensure the client services team are in dialogue with clients about their upcoming renewals
  Monitor license utilization
  Maintain information about our clients and partners
  Assist in maintaining documentation of policy especially around quoting and licensing
  Opportunities to be involved in business development and relationship ownership

Qualifications:

• University undergraduate degree required
  Strong Excel skills and a mathematical aptitude required
  Experience with Google Suite
  Strong communication skills
  2 to 3 years of experience required
  Ability to work relatively independently
  Current authorization (or will soon be authorized) to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  Familiarity with high performance computing (nice to have)
