Porsche Financial Services Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for the hiring department.

We are looking for a Mobility Services Strategy Intern that will support a number of key projects for the Mobility Services department and Porsche Drive business. Specific responsibilities include scouting emerging market trends in short term and shared mobility to enhance the current mobility services portfolio while evaluating opportunities for new products. Responsibilities will also include slide presentation design, documenting and tracking mobility services projects, identifying improvement areas, supporting internal stakeholders, and interfacing with external vendors.

The Intern will have opportunities to work with other departments within Porsche Financial Services (PFS) and, as projects allow, collaborate with colleagues from Porsche Cars North America (PCNA), Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC), Porsche Cars Canada (PCL), Porsche Consulting (PCON), Mieschke Hofmann und Partner (MHP), and Porsche Digital (PDI).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Mobility Services Product Manager with strategic development of mobility products and services in the North American market
  • Assist in defining mobility services project scope and objectives, creating and maintaining project schedules, conducting project meetings, documenting meeting outcomes, and providing a single point of contact for assigned projects
  • Contribute towards implementation and execution plans for mobility concepts including program design, product offerings, pricing and communication strategy
  • Foster cross-company and cross-departmental information exchange by effectively communicating relevant information to management and report on project progress against plan and budget
  • Work closely with mobility services business unit leaders to identify and maximize opportunities to improve existing product, service and business processes
  • Research emerging mobility services trends and evaluate opportunities to enhance current products and supplement new products
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • Applicant should be at least a junior working toward a bachelor's degree related to Business or similar field

Experience (Job and Industry):

  • Experience in the implementation and management of projects is preferred
  • Experience working in startup environment and product development is preferred
  • Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational policies and procedures

Skills:

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills needed
  • Business fundamentals necessary and financial literacy preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and most recent trends; Porsche brand product knowledge is a plus
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)
  • Advanced personal computer skills in Microsoft Office products required
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders across different departments and organizations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong English language skills; German language skills are a plus
