Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager/Corporate Analyst to provide support to its daily operations at its office near the Washington Navy Yard. You will act as the first point of contact for many of Synchron’s employees, partners, and clients. You will work with Synchron’s program management and corporate staff on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site onboarding support for new employees, including facilitating day-of onboarding by getting new employees established at their workstations and supporting IT with hardware check-in
Support Synchron’s security functions by managing badges, visitor logs, and performing checks as required
Support classified and unclassified meetings by providing in-person meeting support by checking-in attendees, manning the reception desk, and helping ensure compliance with policies and requirements for meetings
Ship and receive mail and packages
Provide general office support, such as coordinating and ordering food and beverages as needed
Assembling / coordinating food and beverage orders if required
Order supplies and perishable foods for the office
Assist with recruiting by sourcing for potential candidates and conducting screens
Provide additional support to the corporate team as needed
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree OR four years work experience in a professional environment
US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds; must be able to travel to and from the Washington Navy Yard and nearby facilities on a daily basis
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Strong customer service acumen
Preferred Experience:
Active secret clearance
Experience in the US Navy or providing support to the US Navy
Experience supporting classified meetings
Work Location: This position is primarily in Synchron’s office near the Washington Navy Yard. Notional schedule includes 1 day/week telework. Remote work schedule is not fixed and may vary depending on requirements.
