ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5 of years R&D experience or 1-3 years R&D experience specific to Gates product lines preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Mechanical, chemical or materials science preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical and problems solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) including: Design of Experiments, FMEA, SPC and Weibull is beneficial.
- Up to 30% travel allotment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
