Job Description
THE JOB
As a Butler, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing and coordinating suites for the guest. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOWmemories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $20
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate with Hosts and room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
- Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Facilities to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
- Escort guest as needed and assist them with making reservations for spa, restaurants, limo, etc.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- One (1) year Food & Beverage experience
- Vast knowledge of wine and spirits and is comfortable making recommendations
- Worked with VIP Guests in luxury setting
- Working knowledge with InfoGenesis or similar platform
- Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

- Food Handler Card/ Health Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card/ TAM Card
- Non-Gaming Card
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
