Your day to day as aN US Federal Contract Billing Specialist

As an US Federal Contract Billing Specialist at Sentrillion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate project invoicing for various contract types, ranging from hybrid to time-and-material contracts. By adhering to contractual, regulatory, and company requirements, you will contribute to the seamless collection of customer payments. Your daily tasks will encompass project setup and maintenance, meticulous cost review and tracing, reconciliation of billed and unbilled receivables, data accuracy maintenance, and invoice generation for customer delivery.

To excel as an US Federal Contract Billing Specialist at Sentrillion, applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure billing and accounts receivable for U.S. federal contracts. Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is crucial, with a proven track record in billing functions, including familiarity with billing formulas, formats, schedules, and project workforce setup.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate at least 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, showcasing advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis. The ability to navigate complex billing processes and attention to detail are key qualities that will drive success in this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• A minimum of 5 years of working in a government contracting organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong proficiency in infrastructure billing/accounts receivable for U.S. federal contracts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with the infrastructure billing/ accounts receivable functions within Deltek Costpoint with demonstratable proficiency with billing schedules and project workforce setup.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel in advanced function and skills.
