The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative, clerical, and operational functional support to the talent acquisition team to ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate scheduling of candidate interviews including onsite, phone, and virtual interviews for talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers across multiple geographies. Maintain talent acquisition team's calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics of onsite candidate interviews including arranging travel and lodging.
  • Coordinate scheduling preemployment assessments.
  • Assist with communications with candidates, e.g., phone calls and written correspondence. Respond to inquiries, route requests, and provide status updates. Communicate with hiring managers on status of interviews and the hiring process on behalf of talent acquisition team.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition team mailbox, e.g., Cool Careers, and respond to applicant inquiries or forward for follow up as appropriate.
  • Maintain candidate documentation including information on searches, hiring managers' interactions, and related activities using Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Update tracking spreadsheets, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for internal and external job postings. Prepare announcements communicating new opportunities to teammates.
  • Grant user-access for teammates and agency users in the ATS.
  • Maintain job templates and job screening questions in the ATS.
  • Manage social recruiting dashboard reporting across multiple vendors, serving as the point of contact.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition services for select entry-level positions. Conduct phone screenings based on defined standards and processes using behaviorally-based methodologies. Recommend candidates to hiring teams, oversee interviews scheduling, manage offers extension, and complete the position disposition process.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for temporary staffing agencies; and maintain effective working relationships on behalf of WWP. Reconcile temporary and contingent worker invoices.
  • Conduct resume screening and phone pre-screening and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews. Coordinate administrative aspects to onboard temporary and contingent workers.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

EXPERIENCE

Requirements

  • Two years of human resources or administrative support experience.

Preferences

  • One year of recruiting experience.
  • One year of experience with an applicant tracking system.

EDUCATION

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferences

  • Associate degree.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE

Preferences

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • General office environment; temperature controlled.
  • Less than 10% travel.
