The Expertise We Need
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with investment management professionals preferably in building complex software solutions using analytical and quantitative concepts.
- Proven significant exposure to either Equities, Fixed Income or Alternative Asset classes
- Understanding of Fixed Income instruments, security analytics, investment workflow and functioning of bond markets is a significant plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders including fundamental and quantitative researchers, portfolio managers and technology partners.
- Full-stack software development knowledge preferably with Angular, Java 8, SpringBoot
- A great plus to have skills and experience in Python, SQL, and Linux.
- Experience with AWS cloud environment development and deployment is a plus.
- Kubernetes/EKS deployment and operations management exposure is a plus.
- Favor Agile development practices that prioritize the incremental delivery of working software and respond well to change in requirement scope.
- Progress towards CFA program certification is a significant plus.
