How You'll Make an Impact:

As ABC's HVAC Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing customers with expert solutions to their HVAC needs. You'll listen to their concerns and provide tailored recommendations to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

What We Look For:

• Minimum 2 years HVAC industry experience
• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application
• EPA Type I & II certification and registration with TDLR required
• Previous Outside Sales experience required, minimum 2 years.
• Strong presentation skills and outstanding phone etiquette required
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Time management skills to keep up with busy schedules
• Ability to build new business relationships and develop communications with existing clients
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures

What You'll Do:

• Advise clients on AC & Heating services, including replacement, repair, and system design
• Create sales agreements and confirm work details with customers and field personnel
• Oversee each job and visit sites while work is being performed
• Generate new leads through trade shows, networking events, and other sources
• Meet with current clients for new sales and upsells
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all ABC AC & Heating Service Specialists and Equipment Installers
• Gain specialized knowledge of AC & Heating services, incentives, and discounts
• Consistently meet monthly sales quotas set by the Division Manager and the company
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors
