Key Responsibilities

• Send recruiting emails and conduct introductory calls for difficult to find sales teammates
• Identify qualified candidates at all levels within sales
• Develop talent pipelines proactively for future hiring needs

• Proven track record working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment sourcing sales teammates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to portray the company and open positions in a positive light to potential candidates.
• Proven skills in effective time-management.
