Your Team, Your Impact

We're seeking a candidate with strong problem solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Planning group. You'll collaborate with global cross-functional teams of Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Suppliers to support corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations by ensuring optimal supply.

At Marvell, every single chip that we design, put into production, and eventually ship has a team that includes a supply chain planner. You'll be managing the outside vendors for that chip project including the foundry, assembly, testing, warehousing, and others. You'll be coordinating the instructions we provide them, scheduling materials, and making sure dates are met. At Marvell, you'll also be working closely with your internal chip design team and doing some aspects of project management with them as well. Unlike at some other companies, this role comprises external vendor management and internal project management.

What You Can Expect

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including BU Planning, Operations,
    Demand Planning to support Sales and Operations Planning.
  • Monitor Demand/Supply stream to develop Build Plan and Inventory
    Projection.
  • Long-term supply planning to drive sourcing strategy and CAPEX decisions
  • Develop inventory strategy and monitor inventory metrics to ensure supply
    efficiency
  • Enable constrained supply planning model based on equipment, hardware,
    vendor commit to drive feasible and robust supply commit
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize planning processes
    and master data management processes. Work with IT/CoE/BU
    Planning/Operations teams to enhance system capability and planning
    efficiency
  • Analyze planning output and prepare management reports to support
    executive's decision making

What We're Looking For

  • Have a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,
    Math, Business Operations, or similar, 5+ years of relevant
    experience OR a Master's.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor supply chain planning processes,
    including S&OP, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management,
    demand planning, procurement.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder,
    Oracle), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and other relevant business
    applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
    priorities effectively.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

75,470 - 113,100, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
