Job Description

We are looking for an exceptionalCustomer Service Representativewho can make an impact by:

  • Assisting customers by performing the functions necessary to create and process RMAs, Sales Orders and Quotes.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly tone and work to resolve any concerns, questions.
  • Be self-starters who function well with minimal oversight.
  • Be proactive, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Work closely with Field Sales Engineers.
  • Work closely with Calibration/Production Team.

  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Computer skills
