As the Compliance Specialist, you'll coordinate the development and implementation of compliance programs for Findorff and its' subsidiaries. You'll monitor business activities with a compliance lens and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and complete required compliance documentation.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement Affirmative Action Plan
  • Assist in certificate of insurance (COI) requirements for compliance, including on their party vendor platforms
  • Comply with EEO-1 reporting
  • Register as foreign entities in new states
  • Manage contractors' licenses, both new and renewals
  • Assist in annual insurance renewal process
  • Assist with all general and professional liability insurance claims
  • Facilitate the process of contract execution
  • Assist with prequalification of subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and and prioritize
  • Problem solver with the ability to spot issues, ask the right questions, and find solutions
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Experience in construction is a plus
