Blaze is seeking an experienced Floating Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing financial institution. As an entity that lives and breathes 'We Care' to our members and associates, this is an excellent opportunity for a Leader to make a difference daily. This key position will be responsible for responsible for assisting with the administration and daily operations of multiple branches at Blaze. These functions include member service in accordance with the credit union's objectives, product sales, lending, and branch compliance. This position is also responsible for assisting with the professional development and supervision of assigned staff in multiple branch locations. The key objective is to retain, motivate, and provide coaching to staff with the intent to develop sales techniques and assist in the achievement of retail sales goals. This position is a leader, participates in community affairs, and works to enhance the credit union's visibility. This position will float to all Twin Cities branches as needed with a homebase that can be established upon hire.
Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.
