Mimecast is seeking a Global GTM Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support global sales process system inquiries. This position will be essential to the go-to-market organization and sales team's success and will focus on quickly triaging inbound system inquiries from the global sales and operations teams and testing new functionality, system bugs, and enhancements.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a queue of inbound system and territory related inquires from the global sales and ops teams.

  • Triage and solve Level 2 issues

  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new GTM system functionality

  • Participate in defining, documenting, and implementing new sales functionality

  • Support the sales team

  • Collaborate with the IT team and Tier 1 support team on queue routing.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (functionality, data structure, reporting) & other GTM business applications supporting a revenue intelligence stack

  • Power user in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets) or other data analysis tool

  • Strong attention to detail and identifying gaps through data analysis

  • 2+ years of B2B related work experience, preferably at a fast-growing company
