SEMCO - A/R Representative I


The A/R Clerk I, under direct supervision, is responsible for managing the budget and ACH set up and execution of bank files. Assisting with the processing of customer payments in enQuesta to support accurate billings and accounts receivable. Additional responsibilities include payment research and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payment posting and working various departmental reports.

You Will
* Manage Budget and ACH processes.
* Support accurate billings and account receivable balances through the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
* Support the reconciliation and research processes.
* Work various departmental reports.
* Assist with other billing activities.
* Participates in Company training as required.

You Have
* High School Diploma/GED required
* 2+ Years related work experience required
* Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to confidentially process and maintain data.
* Good working knowledge of various personal computer business software applications presently used by the Company. Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.

In addition to our standard benefits package, the estimated hourly rate for this role will range from $17.06/hour - $25.00/hour, depending upon experience.
