Description

* Manage daily operations of the Table Games Department. Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and
monitor team. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, discipline and other employment
actions for team members.
* Manage table limits, opening and closing games as business dictates and verifying that the games are
inventoried correctly.
* Responsible for the preparation of the shift report, staffing logs, MTL/CTR logs, evaluations, incident
reports, and any other information requested.
* Responsible for the overall protection and integrity of games by utilizing different methods of
advantage play and flags.
* Lead and/or attend departmental and company meetings.
* Responsible for promoting teamwork and staff development, providing consistent feedback to their
peers to recognize great achievements and shortcomings.
* Responsible for daily training initiatives to stimulate our peers' minds by offering consistent feedback
on performance as well as providing learning opportunities by thinking "outside of the box." Providing
them with scenarios to handle, leadership articles to reflect upon, as well as real life situations.
* Maintain supply log to track supply usage to ensure adequate levels so that our guests and coworkers
have the tools needed.
* Engage guests to receive feedback on their experience in order to understand what we do well and
how we can improve. Use this information to emphasize the importance of amazing guest experience
with team.
* Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies,
and procedures.
* Must be available for regularly scheduled work and able to work various shifts.
* Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
* Must be able to stand and sit for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
* Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
* May perform other duties as assigned.
