Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Research Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of the Job Corps program through rigorous research, data analysis, and evaluation. This role is critical in supporting the development and implementation of policies and systems aimed at improving performance accountability and data integrity within Job Corps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in research methodologies, data analytics, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to evaluate Job Corps program effectiveness.
  • Design and administer surveys; analyze survey data to inform policy and program improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise in the development and refinement of performance and accountability systems and policies.
  • Use data visualization tools and reports to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and guide decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and insights that support strategic planning and program development.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that synthesize research findings and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years total work performance with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in research and analysis, preferably within a government, educational, or non-profit setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in using statistical tools and data visualization software such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to produce clear, concise, and influential reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with performance measurement, policy analysis, and evaluation within the context of workforce development or educational programs.
  • Familiarity with Job Corps or similar federal programs.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Work Location

Hybrid with ability to regularly attend meetings, etc. at DOL/OJC facilities in Washington, DC.
