Summary:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive job plan for assigned projects. From reviewing plans and specifications to procuring tools and materials, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of each project. With opportunities for additional training and development and regular interaction with key stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage job plans for assigned projects.

- Communicate construction issues and progress to supervisory personnel, craft personnel, subcontractors, and clients.

- Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.

- Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity.

- Handle personnel issues and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

- Contribute actively to team goals and demonstrate accountability for individual and team performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in Commercial Construction, with a preference for experience in the Data Center Construction Industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and blueprints.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to manage personnel issues effectively.

- Good organizational skills and ability to process information quickly.

- Prior field experience in commercial construction and craft skills preferred.
