Our client is looking for an Office Assistant/Parts Specialist to join their team. Business is busy so there is plenty of phone work, dealing with customers in person, and more, all in a casual environment! This is a temp to hire opportunity wherein it's our client's goal to hire you on as their employee.
Your Essential Job Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Customer service to work with customers in person and on the phone while you assist them with their parts inquiry.
- Computer work to perform database searches to locate parts. If interested, this can evolve to parts retrieval from sheds and the grounds outside.
- Packaging of parts for shipment.
- Payment processing.
- And more!
This position offers 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday - no weekends!
