We are looking for a high potential technical sale professional ready to grow and develop Agilent's sales and market share in Electrification, LiBattery and adjacent markets. This role includes selling Agilent's portfolio of workflow solutions while developing sales and channel strategies; maximizing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty; and crafting programs to achieve quota; as well as, order volume growth and market share growth in the US.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Electrification Sales leadership and support for account managers.

  • Effectively coordinate initiatives across geographies, markets, and sales teams to leverage internal synergies and best practices, in close alignment with Agilent's overall strategy.

  • Lead the introduction and sales ramp for new Electrification workflows and products, assist driving the "re-skilling" of the sales force, where needed.

  • Ensure compliance in the organization, as per Corporate's policies and requirements.

  • In this role you'll be asked to establish a technical sales leadership position in the United States Advanced Materials market. This role supports multiple Agilent divisions including but not limited to Atomic, Gas Phase and Liquid Phase product lines. Success is measured by driving and achieving growth, gaining market share, and growing customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Agilent brand.

  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50%.

Geographical Location (preference for commuting distance of one of three US Center of Excellence sites):

  • Santa Clara, CA

  • Wood Dale, IL

  • Little Falls, DE

Consideration: Anywhere in continental US.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years relevant experience

  • Practical and direct sales experience with Spectroscopy products

  • Experience with Gas and Liquid Phase products preferred

The US pay range for this full-time position is $191,625.00 - $376,863.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations.
