Job Title: 1585 FT Commercial Insurance Customer Service Agent - Bloomington, IN, Evansville, IN, Jasper, IN

Overview:
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for current business clients, providing customer service by both phone and email. Partnering with the sales team, you build relationship with the clients.

What You'll Do:

• Day in the Life - No two days are the same as you work directly with customers by phone and email, review documentation for accuracy, document within the agency management system, and uncover sales opportunities. You will prepare applications and additional resources to obtain insurance quotes, make recommendations for additional coverages, create professional presentations for clients, and execute changes to insurance policies as needed.
• What it Takes - To thrive in this role, you must be licensed in Indiana or Kentucky with a Property & Casualty Insurance license. Not currently licensed? That's okay; if you're willing to obtain your licensure, we're willing to provide the resources for doing so! Experience in customer service, over the phone and by email communication is great experience for this role. Attention for detail used in data entry and document review are a must. You will continually learn, as you pursue opportunities to stay on top of industry information through CE or professional designations. Some travel to other company locations will be required for training purposes.
