What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Master's degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a valid license to practice in Kentucky.
  • Professional Experience: Over three years of experience providing occupational therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with co-occurring mental health challenges.
  • Skill Set: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present programs and speak publicly. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a diverse caseload.
  • Mobility: Reliable transportation for frequent travel between work sites.
