With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Black-Top Paving, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a safety minded Asphalt Paving Skid Steer/Roller Operator to join our team to operate roller and other heavy equipment. The Skid Steer/Roller Operator will collaborate between field foreman and paving team, maintain production and perform ground tasks such as luting and shoveling black top. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based upon experience and skillset.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires starting on or before June 1st, 2024.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Ability to operate pneumatic rubber tire roller.
• Knowledge of location and use of all safety devices in area.
• Valid state issued driver's license and evidence of auto insurance preferred.
  • CDL Class A - air brake endorsements preferred.
