Because D&D is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator based out of our Garden City office who will be responsible for assisting and supporting our clients, physicians and examinees teams by scheduling and coordinating appointments.
We are looking to bring someone on as soon as possible, so this person can be trained up and ready to hit the ground running!
This role is a full time position with a standard work schedule Monday-Friday; 8:15am-5:00pm with overtime as offered.
Compensation is up to $20/hour, plus overtime.
Scheduling Coordinators come from all different backgrounds including customer service, sales support, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call center, medical practice, retail and more.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
