Job Description:

The clinic team leader is a split administrative/clinical position that supervises the outpatient therapy team while maintaining a therapy caseload. The team leader must hold a Master's degree in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy and preferably also holds a Tennessee professional license to practice independently (LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT).

Administrative duties to include the following: Directly supervise clinic therapy team to include managing team's training, schedules and absences. Will assign therapy cases to individual clinicians, assist in referrals to other clinics and services and provide guidance to team on clinical and administrative concerns. Team lead will be responsible for meeting or exceeding team productivity expectations each month. Will assist clinic manager with other administrative tasks as needed.

Clinical duties to include the following: Complete intake assessments on new and returning clients in outpatient clinic setting. Provide individual therapy to children, teens and/or adult population. Opportunities to also provide family and group therapy can be available. Complete all documentation within agency timeline standards including documentation related to intakes, progress notes and care plans. Collaborate with medical, case management and therapy teams. Work with a diverse population of clients to provide individualized care. Meet or exceed individual productivity expectations each month.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.

Licensed preferred with experience.

Years of Experience

Supervisory experience preferred.

Must have direct experience providing mental health therapy to clients.

Certification/Licensure

Licensed preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Entry Pay Range:

$48,755.00--$60,798.00
