Position Summary

The Patient Care Services Supervisor for ARRMC ICU plays an extremely important role in the daily operations and implementation and monitoring of the tactics developed to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing direct reports, including HR-related concerns, hiring and onboarding, updating position control, event reporting and additional applicable duties. The work performed in this role is critical for successful and inpatient operations.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred

Experience

  • Two years clinical experience in area of specialty, or 2 years progressive clinical leadership experience in a related specialty; required

Licensure/Certifications

  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
