Baylor Rehabilitation in Dallas is seeking a rehab therapy aide to join our multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs who provide care to patients with Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Brain Injury, or other neurological impairment.

Position Summary
Seeking a rehab therapy aide to join a multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs providing care to patients following Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Brain Injury, or other neurological impairment. The successful candidate will participate in clinical care under the direction of licensed therapists in a fast moving and lively clinic. Duties will include providing physical assistance with therapy intervention, supporting the aquatics department on dry land, maintaining equipment within the department, and completing other administrative tasks. The rehab therapy aide will also provide transportation for patients to and from the clinic in the company van. No CDL required. A driving record check will be performed. Related experience is preferred, though training will be provided to enthusiastic applicants seeking an opportunity in the rehab setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to serve patients as an integral member of the therapy team.
