As the Maintenance Supervisor here's the work you'll do:
  • Schedules and supervises all work including preventive maintenance, preventive maintenance deficiency repairs, building inspection repairs, emergency repairs along with support of production operations. Plans and directs work force to ensure safety, maximum efficiency, and economy in accomplishment of the work.
  • Order and stock all parts and equipment for related jobs and craftsman under his/her supervision.
  • Engineer, design, and draw prints for small jobs and equipment to be fabricated and installed by craftsman under his/her supervision.
  • Prepare SOW's and cost estimates as required by A.O. & Gov't personnel to support plant functions.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics. Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, operate, maintain, construct and make repairs to facility, utilities, machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Knowledge of cost estimating. Knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs. Knowledge of current CBAs.
  • Ability to manage personnel and improve employee work habits. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
And if you have these qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 5 years Mechanical, Maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $59,600- $89,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).

* Expertise in: EXCEL, WORD, CADD (Revit/Bentley)
* Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipment.

* Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)
