Description:

We are actively seeking a Financial Analyst to perform the duties listed below:

  • Provide business/financial analysis and consultation support to government client.
  • Coordinate, review and monitor annual spend plans
  • Participate in program meetings and reviews
  • Monitor execution rates and inform management of potential issues
  • Fund contracts, Service Level Agreements and MIPRs
  • Work seamlessly with partner contractors and government personnel at all levels

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR will consider experience in lieu of a degree preferably with emphasis in providing financial tracking and support for a government customer in areas of Finance
  • Must beproficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a working knowledge of other Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Working knowledgeof government financial systems (Momentum, Cognos, CAPTURE)
  • Experiencein performing programmatic, costs, and schedule sensitivity analyses for multi-million dollars projects.
  • Knowledgeable in the fields of financial monitoring and control, budget execution and government finance and contracting.
  • Ability to perform independent analyses, strategizing, planning, forecasting, and documenting from multiple large data sources.
  • Knowledge of the government budgetary process
  • Portfolio Management experience preferred
