The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Quality and Clinical Compliance. This hybrid role will have 3-4 days on-site and 1-2 days remote from home weekly.

Our Senior Manager will be handling the daily activities of clinical compliance, quality performance and improvement within the organization. Partnering with a variety of teams to support the implementation and execution a robust and comprehensive quality and clinical compliance portfolio will be a primary responsibility for this role. Our Senior Manager will maintain sound organizational relationships and work well within a matrixed health care organization.

The role will have two focus areas:

Quality: Leads and directs all quality management performance activities. Partners with data and analytics teams to ensure reporting is timely and correct to all regulatory bodies. Advises in the creation of any needed dashboards around quality performance and improvement. Provides quality improvement plans and educates staff as appropriate.

Clinical Compliance: Completes compliance activities, ensuring adherence to standardized processes around tracer activity, site level preparedness activities, and measuring/monitoring compliance. Provides support for all regulatory visits (both expected and unexpected). Tracks institutional compliance and recommends areas of improvement. Provides clinical compliance activities including risk assessments, improvement plans, and partnering with local teams to improve or implement key regulations as needed.

Expectations for Remote Work

Due to the hybrid nature of the role, we ensure that our employees receive required technology and training to be proficient and independently productive in all job responsibilities regardless of work location. Employees are responsible for designating a workspace within the remote work location that is private, safe, ergonomic, and free from distractions for all hours worked.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable self-starter who is organized, proactive, and agile.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Health Services Administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in either quality and clinical compliance or both within a hospital including management is required. Clinical background preferred.
