We are seeking a Sr. Development Engineer with membrane experience for the Product Development team to create new membrane products and to interface with manufacturing and commercial development. The successful candidate will enjoy:

You will work closely with the Commercial Development and Applications Development teams to develop, execute, and communicate product development project plans and support Operations as needed with analysis and chemical expertise.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining workplace and laboratory safety in complete alignment with our Total Safety Philosophy
  • Development of new hollow fiber, and/or membrane products involving multi-disciplinary teams (development, engineering, quality, and manufacturing)
  • Lead and drive pioneering research to develop cutting-edge new hollow fiber membrane products and elevate existing products involving multi-disciplinary teams (development, engineering, quality, and manufacturing)
  • Work with external partners to scale-up new materials for commercial utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions for membranes challenges across various applications
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and emerging development in the field along with scientific literature
  • Utilize safety tools as DHR, HAZOP, JSA and etc.

We are seeking results-oriented candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Ph.D in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 2-5 Years related industrial experience
  • Adept in laboratory techniques and equipment
  • Knowledge of fluid dynamics and mass transfer principles
  • Experience in membrane research is required
  • Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence people with positivity from all cultures and at all organizational levels
  • Ability to thrive in an environment of change
