POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial part in the initiation and coordination of IT projects. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of organization and a meticulous approach to their day-to-day tasks. Working closely with project stakeholders and project managers, you will lead the intake process, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation. This role also involves supporting senior project management personnel in various administrative tasks related to project initiation and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the intake process for new IT projects, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
  • Facilitate resource planning and scoping meetings between project managers and resource managers.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders and project managers to gather project requirements and initiate necessary approvals.
  • Maintain a structured and organized system for project intake, documentation, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project expectations.
  • Support team members in various administrative tasks related to project initiation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience leading small projects and working within a team setting
  • Prior Epic implementation/project management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and ServiceNow
  • 25% travel may be required
