The Revenue Operations Vendor Manager works across the business matrix lifecycle and is responsible for owning and evaluating the ongoing relationship with Revenue Organization vendors and partners. This role is accountable for vendor performance ultimately ensuring the realization of the expected value from the relationship is delivered and maintained for our customers.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders at all levels, the Revenue Operations Vendor Manager is engaged in all stages of the business matrix lifecycle to achieve customer satisfaction while leading all efforts during ongoing business operations and accountable for overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum number years of relevant experience: 3
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, or Vendor Manager in a health insurance or technology setting is required.
  • High level analytical skills required. Experience working with heath care data preferred.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors and/or partners implementing and maintaining their solutions within the business environment.
  • Strong planning and facilitation skills required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications required (including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated skills and experience with statistical, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing software required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent project management skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of internal and external contacts required.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations and focus on objectives and outcomes.

Annual salary range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
