Brief Summary of Purpose:
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for aligning Fallon's business strategy with technology solutions to drive process improvement, competitive advantage, and innovation. You will engage business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand the business strategy, capabilities and processes and use this data to identify and shape solutions that best align to business strategy. You will provide guidance to the business and IT. You will craft and offer solutions that may be business process changes (not requiring technology enhancements), solutions that are tactical and minimally enhance the existing systems or solutions that are strategic and require larger projects/programs.
Fallon is a roll up your sleeves organization and you will operate at several levels within the organization. You will be at the business strategy level, working with department heads to understand their need. At the same time, you will be working with technical development teams to translate and ensure specific solution architecture can be achieved. You will cover multiple projects at a single time and will be required to ensure each architecture solution implemented transitions Fallon towards its desired mature state.
