Join our Growth team as Vice President of Marketing!

As VP of Marketing, you will spearhead the planning, developing, and deploying of our marketing strategies that accelerate brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. The VP of Marketing is responsible for leading and developing our Cariloop marketing team and operations including, demand generation, branding, communication, and PR/events. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with business and leadership teams, represent Cariloop externally at conferences or events, and build relationships with HR professionals, benefit brokers or buyers, channel partners, and potentially other interested Cariloop stakeholders.

If you are a senior marketing leader and ready to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment, we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates should have progressive years of marketing experience with increasing responsibilities. Most recently you will have held a senior leadership role and are accountable for overseeing the marketing efforts of a $5-$20M+ company. Ideally, you have previously led marketing for a benefits solution provider, payer, broker, or similar organization in the benefits ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives aimed to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, increase market share, retain current customers, and expand product offerings.

  • Analyze consumer insights and implement effective marketing plans across digital, social media, brand marketing, and PR channels.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, customer success, and leadership teams to define messaging and align on market strategies for new and existing products or services.

  • Craft product narratives, value propositions, and communication material to support business development and customer success activities.

  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget; analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies for optimization.

  • Oversee the planning and deployment of virtual or in-person events and conferences.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders and organizations to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility through co-marketing initiatives (i.e. webinars or educational events) to maximize strengths and resources.

  • Leverage automation tools and techniques to streamline processes, automate campaigns, and track performance metrics.

  • Continuously measure, track, and monitor market strategies or consumer insights to refine strategies and maximize marketing program effectiveness.

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals to execute strategies effectively.


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role at a $5-$20M+ benefits company.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field of study.

  • Demonstrated proficiency and success in operating and leading all marketing disciplines, including strategy, content development, demand generation, social media, brand, PR/communications, and events.

  • An effective leader who can both develop teams and influence company direction in a growth stage company.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Google AdWords SEO, and web analytics.

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of business development, product marketing, and channel distribution management.
