The Product Management Specialist - Meter Integrations will support the Networks Business covering our Mobile Software and Equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Assurance - ensure we hit the monthly/quarter Outlook for all 3rd party meter integrations with Itron network cards (NICs)
Delivery point of contact for Supply chain / Ops Processes
- SOE/SOP for all 3rd party meter integrations
- Order / RMA improved flow, removing obstacles
- Late delivery tracking
- Drive Supply Chain for NPI/EOL topics
- Risk/Opportunity assessment and tracking
Sales/Delivery Teams point of contact for customer constraints or restrictions.
- Government or Municipal permits or requirements for implementation
- Payment terms and import needs ahead of product delivery
- Warehouse capacity constraints
Operations prioritizations / allocations
- Coordination and final cut of any allocations due to material shortages, component EOL, component changes, firmware changes, etc.
Product Line Management point of contact for processes
- Ensure catalog numbers for NICs going into partner meters are set up
- Ensure communication to sales for Forecasting
- Drive resolution for late deliveries
- Drive Supply Chain for NPI/EOL topics
Work with Product Managers to prepare to go to market with new meter partners and form factors
Portfolio management - work with Product Marketing to ensure prioritization of partner meter integrations meets customer and regional needs around the globe
Global Market Readiness - Inventory flow, process governance, project management of Product Marketing approved projects
Business operations local representation for all 3rd party meter integration items
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well good presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Result-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and strategic way of thinking.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Organized and flexible, capacity to handle several projects at the same time in an international environment.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Software, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc.) or Business Degree with a technical background.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
Liberty Lake, WA: The annual base salary ranges from $75,000 - $148,000
