Physical Therapist Work Health Position Overview
Our Physical Therapists are highly valued by our medical professionals with a focus on quality of patient care. As a Work Health Physical Therapist at Asante Physician Partners (APP), you will have the opportunity to provide physical therapy services to a wide variety of injured workers while working closely with a collaborative team of physical and occupational therapists. The Work Performance Physical Therapist should be able to perform specialized industrial acute physical therapy, preemployment screening, work conditioning, and onsite employer based therapy services. There is an opportunity for training in specialized work injury management.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent or certificate from a school of Physical Therapy is required.
Experience
No experience required outside of school degree, however experience in a wide variety of settings is preferred.
Ability to adhere to and maintain expertise regarding federal and state regulations, and specific carrier requirements.
Licensure
Physical Therapist license by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board
Certified Ergonomic Specialist and/or Work Capacity Evaluator Specialist is preferred
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association
Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past 10 years and proof of insurance may also be required.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately and to manage time well
Strong knowledge of office procedures and business
Ability to make work autonomously and in accordance with established policies
Exceptional patient service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills, with close attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and Word
EPIC and/or electronic medical documentation experience
