Role and Responsibilities
Summary
Acting under the authority of the Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, and with minimal supervision, the Sr. Subcontract Administrator provides subject matter expertise in the effective acquisition of technically complex or commercially risky goods and services in support of Corporate objectives and program needs and the coordination with, and management of suppliers/subcontractors to ensure adherence to all contractual requirements. Is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all subcontract related documentation and records. Prepares subcontract negotiation and management plans, controls, monitors and manages subcontractors' performance on behalf of the corporation.

Security Responsibilities
Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
