Allentown, PA - Snowdrift Rd - Management - East Region

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide leadership to a regional team dedicated to supporting specified back-office financial tasks that are determined to be outside of the branch and plant responsibilities. Functions in collaboration with area and regional management to resolve issues related to contracts, leases, credit, disputes, aged small business collection, reporting and procedural requirements.
  • Provide direction for the staff to achieve the highest level of financial and administrative support and productivity standards for the East Region.
    • Work with Customer Experience Manager to plan team assignments, project implementations and supervise team workload.
    • Provide leadership and direction in overcoming problems and performing day to day tasks
    • Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with regional and division departments relative to project plans, programs and issues, and customer specific information.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures, including, but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, and other policies to provide associates with a quality and safe work environment.
  • Accounts Receivable/DSO - Manage small balance branch collection program, 250K - 300K, monthly.
  • Supervise Dispute Management System for East. Ensure dispute are resolve with the order to cash method. Work with Customer Experience Manager on large and complicated projects
  • Supervise team member in managing the new construction program from when the job site is created to closure.
  • Analyze a customer's account from order to cash to assist with the initiate negotiation by the East regional sales team.
  • Develop and provide standard and custom reports as requested.
  • Maintain and manage all required reporting with in the team.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred, High School degree with college courses or equivalent experience in a related position with industry experience.
  • History of collections or managing a collection portfolio.
  • Five years experience in financial-administrative management positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated above average to excellent SAP skills
  • Experience in working with and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and function within team environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and juggle between Divisional, Regional and local management. Strong time management skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Good analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial accounting terms and commercial operating principles and customer service techniques, systems and standards.
