Fleet Analyst will assist with all functions related to fleet planning and reporting, as well as analysis and reporting of business opportunities
- Review and track the capital expenditures for fleet activity against the current estimate and business plan.
- Track key fleet and financial metrics.
- Support the Fleet Planning process
- Prepare financial analysis for equipment life cycle decisions to determine and monitor the optimum holding period by equipment category.
- Execution of Slow Rent reduction initiatives
- Refurb Identification Process and coordination
- Prepare EVA analysis for fleet decisions (product purchases, lease vs buy analysis, reconditioning, equipment sales, etc).
- Prepare fleet reports.
- Cognos BI Report Writing
- Support ad hoc requests, as needed
- Demonstrated strong Business and Financial acumen
- Top end analytical skills
- Strategic thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detailed analysis of cost drivers and business modeling
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
