Location: Mobile Unit

PURPOSE

RESPONSIBLE FOR CLINICAL SERVICES AND COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE REPONSIBILITIES WHEN NECESSARY

EXPECTATIONS OF EMPLOYEE

  • Demonstrate an understanding of and adherence to appropriate and ethical behavior as stipulated in the CODAC Policy and Procedures Manual
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude with all work-related contacts Communicate regularly with supervisor about clinical operations.
  • Meet productivity standards and performs duties as workload necessitates.
  • Always maintain client confidentiality and ensures to follow agency, state and HIPPA laws
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and adherence to confidentiality regulations as stipulated in the CODAC Policy and Procedures Manual, Federal Regulation 42CFR part 2 and other pertinent Federal and State laws and regulations.

MAJOR DUITIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative and clinical oversight of CODAC program site
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and CODAC guidelines related to administrative, facility and clinical policies.
  • Review of client records (i.e. quality of care, QA standards, State and Federal criteria and CODAC policy and procedures) to assure compliance.
  • Maintain CARF standards.
  • Clinically supervise Senior Counselors and Counselors and oversee clinical structure including maintenance of appropriate documentation.
  • Review clinical records for compliance (i.e. PI standards, CARF Standards & Federal and state regulations)
  • Interview and recommend hiring and dismissal of clinical staff.
  • Communicate between Program Director and all staff on clinical issues.
  • Conduct interviews, orientation, training, and evaluations of all clinical staff
  • Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
  • Maintain site productivity goals.
  • Ensure required documentation of all services is complete, timely and accurate, and reflects treatment services.
  • Maintain a patient caseload and all related duties, when necessary
  • Obtain and sustain Motivational Interviewing proficiency.
  • Obtain and/or maintain appropriate credentialing and licensure.
  • Ability to lead, make sound decisions and work with some autonomy.
  • Performs all other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree and 1-3 years' experience in supervisory capacity and/or relevant experience in administrative areas. License required.

Community Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder experience preferred
