Immediate Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity!

We are seeking an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options and no inpatient work required. Come join our collegial team of physicians, Advanced Practice Practitioners, and wonderful support staff! Opportunity Highlights:

  • Base compensation starting at $68 per hour DOE
  • Evening/night shift differential of $10/hour
  • Performance incentives of up to 10% of base compensation
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Experience: Minimum of one-year experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in either Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: Nurse Practitioner licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) along with a DEA certificate, or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required. Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
