Source, screen, qualify, interview and submit qualified candidates for job openings
Manage multiple requirements, review candidate profiles and resumes, screening, negotiating offers, and conduct on-boarding duties
Responsible for applicant testing, tracking, providing feedback, and conducting reference checks
Identify, develop, post and maintain an active candidate pipeline/database through recruitment sources including on-line job boards, websites, referral programs and other methods as appropriate.
Manage and track applicants in applicant tracking system.
Respond and provide initial guidance and recommendations on contract employee related issues for contractors; including payroll and time card issues, performance, corrective action, progressive discipline, terminations, complaints, etc.
Work with Sales Team to appraise the specifics of a requirement, candidates and the search process.
Qualifications:
1-3- years recruiting experience required
High School diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities in a fast paced environment
Previous experience with contract, contract to hire and direct hire staffing
Capable of creating and sustaining positive relationships with clients
Results orientated
