This position will support a federal civilian customer in the Washington, DC Metro Area. This role is dependent upon award of contract and funding.

What You'll Do:
Serve as Office 365, SharePoint and or MS OneDrive Administrator developing and maintaining Section 508 compliant OCIO sites, subsidiary sites and related sites utilizing advanced Microsoft, SharePoint or future software functionalities and capabilities, as applicable
Design, configure and deploy new Section 508 compliant websites, document libraries, lists, SharePoint sites and other design functionalities tailored to customer specifications based on customer requests
Design layout, color, graphics, font, and content to make intranet and websites user-friendly and fully functional
Create, modify, and upgrade Master Pages, Style Sheets, and complex workflows
Improve site capabilities by designing content concepts for site-layout changes, web part configurations and custom lists
Review new software, new hardware and all updates ensuring compliance
Develop, improve, deploy, and manage a centralized repository process to receive, analyze, triage and process new, change and upgrade requests
Manage SharePoint and website content, site access requests, permissions, document sharing, troubleshoot user issues and escalate issues to the IT Service Desk
Developed records management tool for collecting, editing, validating, posting, and distributing documents, reports, information, and materials
Develop, coordinate, and conduct intranet and web site trainings for end-users, customers, team members and staff
Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents, workflows and training materials defining technical requirements and user-friendly instructions for end-users
Coordinate with counterparts at the IT Service Desk to manage, track and report the status of processing intranet and website related tickets
Execute event communications, including coordinating events, scheduling calendar invites and sending email communications, announcements, and notifications
Manage the event execution, troubleshoot, mitigate, and address risks before and during the event
Who You Are:
SharePoint Certification
Advanced technical proficiency using JavaScript, jQuery, C#, HTML/HTML5, ASP.net (ASPX) and other platforms
Ability to manage search and graph functions using File Hosting, Microsoft Office Access, Visio, Excel, InfoPath Forms, business intelligence integration, dashboards, and data surfacing
While this requires a SECRET clearance, TOP SECRET eligibility is ideal
Experience:
12 years total experience, including 8 years of combined SharePoint and Website
BS/BA Degree
