We're looking for an experienced technical person with a well-rounded set of enterprise IT experience, scripting skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to add ancillary features to the product, integrate it with various technologies, and meet customer feature requests. You will work with clients both in a pre-sales capacity to understand needs, understand product status, and close any non-core feature gaps. You will have direct access to senior product and engineering management. You will have ample opportunity to grow into other positions in the company over time.

• Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
• Current authorization (or will soon be authorized) to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Very strong client-facing skills and fully fluent with English and written communications
• Will help customers with product usage, scripting, tailoring, and workflows
• Strong knowledge of bash and at least some familiarity and usage of Python is desired
• 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles
• Enjoys working with customers and helping them be more efficient in tool use
• Strong fluency with Linux, tools, debugging, performance analysis
• An ideal candidate will also have some practical administrative experience with Windows and Powershell usage
• Familiar with IP networking, storage platforms and technologies (e.g. Isilon, Netapp, GPFS, Lustre, Flash storage, RAID), usage, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong familiarity with NFS is desirable
• Independent and self-directed, capable of balancing multiple clients' needs and schedules

Salary Range (Estimated): 100k - 220k
