RADIAS Health, previously known as South Metro Human Services, is an integrated healthcare experience serving the well-being of the whole person. Through primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy services, residential treatment and supportive housing throughout the metro area, we provide a continuum of care for all.
RADIAS Health employs 350 health care and support staff from psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, alcohol/drug counselors, and peer recovery specialists, who share a common goal of meeting the needs of individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Our mission is to provide person-centered integrated primary care and behavioral health services to those individuals impaired with mental illness, substance use or co-occurring disorders using evidence-based practices in the most humane manner possible. We provide a wide spectrum of services including assessments, individual/family/group therapy, case management, care coordination, homeless services, residential treatment, supportive housing, rental assistance and money management.
