Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or one to two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to conduct effective interviews.
- Software skills including but not limited to word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business reports and data such as technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk and use hands and fingers; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
