Position: Project Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH 

 

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Civil Group.  A good candidate will be a motivated and hardworking individual who is looking for experience on exciting projects and wants to find a place to grow a career. This person will be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • This Project Engineer will be expected to work with a Project Manager and other staff, to drive the design on a variety of Civil/Site Development projects. 
  • In this position you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and have the ability to advance your career quickly into project management and client development duties. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • 3-8 years of experience
  • Previous experience designing site layouts,  performing grading and drainage design and permitting of commercial & residential site development projects, road design, utility design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis is required.
  • Licensed Project Engineer in the state of Ohio (or ability to become licensed in the next 6-12 months)
  • Ability to work well independently or on teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
