Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Plan Administrator with in-depth knowledge of ESOPs and significant experience in providing ESOP administration and consulting services. This position offers highly-experienced candidates the flexibility to work from home or on-site at our home office in Charlottesville VA. Administrators are responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions and regulatory reporting.

Depending on experience, this individual has the flexibility to work from home or at our office in Charlottesville, Virginia.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years recent hands-on ESOP administration experience for candidates who require a home office work arrangement
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience with complex ESOP compliance testing
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
